How can I pay?
We offer payment online via Stripe which allows you to use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American express.
We currently do not offer Afterpay or instalment payments at this time.
How do I return my product?
If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return it within 14 days of receiving the products, all packaging should remain as sent and the product should be in its original condition with no damage or wear and tear in order to be sent back to us. Once assessed on the state of the product, your return will be processed which will be given as a store credit only. The store credit can be used on any products we sell online. Please be aware: We do not offer refunds on any purchases, you will receive a credit that you may use on any other product.
Will I get my money back if I buy the products on a discount?
All products which are discounted are final sale and cannot be returned.
When will I receive my product?
We aim to send out products as soon as we receive orders, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once we ship our products, this depends on DHL delivery times.
Express shipping expect within 3-4 business days within Australia Standard shipping within 7-10 business days within Australia.
